Is the free Starter plan really free forever?
Yes. The free Starter tier does not require a credit card, does not expire, and has no feature limits that block everyday use. The tools listed in the directory stay free to install no matter which plan you have.
What does a seat mean?
One seat is one named user. Annual billing lets you reassign seats during the term. We do not charge per install, per machine, or per command.
Can we pay by invoice or PO?
Yes, from 25 seats. Send your PO to sales and we will countersign and return a W-9 on request. ACH, wire, and major credit cards are all accepted.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits, education, or open-source projects?
Yes. Verified non-profits, accredited universities, and the maintainers of any tool listed here receive Professional features at no charge. Email sales with a brief note about your organisation.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You keep your read-only access for 30 days after cancellation so you can export anything you need. After that the workspace is deleted and the deletion is recorded in our own audit log. We do not retain backups beyond 90 days.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year and save 20% versus monthly. The seat count is prorated when you add or remove seats during the term.
Can we trial Business or Enterprise before committing?
Yes. A 30-day evaluation of any paid plan is available on request and includes access to the support team. Email sales.
