How to set up rust-build, step by step
Open PowerShell — press Win, type PowerShell, and press Enter — then paste the command and press Enter.
Run rust-build --help to see the available commands, and
rust-build --version to confirm the install worked. If your shell complains about
permissions, that project usually documents a corrected command on its own site.
This asks the Windows Package Manager to fetch and install rust-build and its dependencies. Windows handles the download, the signature check and the install location.
