How to set up winappCli, step by step
Open PowerShell — press Win, type PowerShell, and press Enter — then paste the command and press Enter.
Run winappCli --help to see the available commands, and
winappCli --version to confirm the install worked. If your shell complains about
permissions, that project usually documents a corrected command on its own site.
